The Crocker Industrial Park has remained very active in recent years in terms of companies coming and going. I remember at our low point in 2008-2009 after the last recession the park was almost 20% vacant rate and in recent years it has filled to 100% occupancy. The good news is that the Park has not lost any tenants as a direct result of the COVID-19 Pandemic, although demand has slowed compared to recent quarters. Today we have a healthy availability rate of 4.8% which allows for some new businesses to choose to relocate to Brisbane.
