SMC Moving to Red Tomorrow!

Effective tomorrow, 11/17 the County of San Mateo will be shifting back to the red tier due to increased COVID-19 cases. The following is a breakdown of what is allowed under the red category:
Open Indoors with Modifications: Body Waxing, Electrologists, Estheticians, Massage Therapy, Nail Salons, Piercing Shops, Schools for in-person instruction, Skin Care Services, Tattoo Parlors (Plus all other sectors allowed in purple)
Open Indoors with 10% Capacity: Dance Studios, Gyms and Fitness Centers, Yoga Studios
Open Indoors with 25% Capacity (Most with a Max of 100 people):  Aquariums, Cultural Ceremonies, Higher Education Lectures and Student Gatherings, Movie Theaters, Museums, Places of Worship, Restaurants for Dine-In, Wedding Ceremonies, Zoos
Indoors with 50% Capacity: All Retail, Florists, Libraries, Shopping Malls, Grocery Stores
Open Outdoors: Wineries
Ordered to Close: Non-essential offices, indoor cardrooms, bars/breweries/distilleries (without food)
